Giong Rieng hands over a Red Scarf House and donates 500 water purifiers to local schools

The Red Scarf House Support Fund, in collaboration with the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Council, and the Giong Rieng District Youth Union, recently held a ceremony to hand over a Red Scarf House and present 500 water purifiers to 10 schools in Giong Rieng district, with a total support value of 545 million VND.

The Red Scarf House, with a total area of 45 square meters and a construction cost of 45 million VND, was presented to the family of Phan Thuy Vy, a fifth-grade student at Huynh To Primary and Secondary School in Vinh Thanh Commune, Giong Rieng. The construction was sponsored by the Red Scarf House Support Fund.

During the ceremony, the Fund, in collaboration with the Sustainability Investment Promotion and Development Joint Stock Company (SIPCO), also donated 500 water purifiers to 10 schools across the district. On this occasion, the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Giong Rieng District awarded certificates of merit to one organization and two individuals for their outstanding contributions in securing funding and supporting social welfare initiatives in the community.
